Real Estate is a wonderful career that includes Sellers, Buyers, Agents, Brokers & Lenders. It really takes a lot of work in order to bring all Five together in order to complete a Deal. Sometimes I feel that you have really picky buyers who must see twenty-five to fifty homes before signing an offer. How about the buyer who calls the Agent to show the house and closes a deal with an out of state Broker. Oh, then you might have an Agent who does not know the business, but really knows the business - Makes a deal and the Brokerage loses money or ends up in court. Ha Ha - How about the Loan officer who doesn't get the documents forwarded to underwriting and the promised percentage rate is no longer available. Honesty and Loyalty is the best policy that should totally surround the Home buying experience. WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS???
